Once your request is received, we will process and forward a confirmation via email. The credit card you used for the purchase will be credited in full..

But wait! Please be sure. If you are thinking of asking for a refund because of some technical problem, please give us the opportunity to help you first.

Once your request is received, we will process and forward a confirmation via email. Recurring monthly charges will be halted immediately. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the billing period for which you have paid.
