Network Availability and Security
Our data centers are second to none. We have two utility lines on separate power grids from our local utility provider. UPS (uninterrupted power supply) kicks in if both fail. Our diesel generator is started if power from our utility is down for more than 5 minutes. Our data center is monitored 24/7 by security cameras and requires 5 levels of identification and authentication to access our servers and network. Our main data center is backed up to additional, equally secure and equipped locations. All locations are monitored 24/7 by our Technical Support Team.
