limits are used to throttle the amount of bandwidth a connection can consume.
When a user who is governed by a bandwidth limit initiates a file transfer, the
server transfers the file at a steady pace that will not exceed the specified
bandwidth limit.
Bandwidth
limits are disabled on the File Watchdogs FTP Server network. Transfers use the
amount of bandwidth available on the network at the time of the transfer.
